No, it doesn't mean that all the shows listed are copyrighted.

It means that RS may believe they have a claim to them based on contracts they have with various estates of the personalities involved or other entities.

For Benny's shows, for example, it depends on the contracts he had with the sponsors and networks. Many radio shows were owned fully by the sponsor or network, not by the headline performer.

Regardless, it would have been the responsibility of the copyright holder to register the programs for copyright protection by sending a disc or script to the copyright office and registering.

Some copyright holders of radio shows did, but relatively few. Even fewer renewed the copyrights later.

Basically, someone would have to research the specifics of a show or series and be willing to go to court to fight any claim. It really would be a case for the Electronic Frontier Foundation - they'd have the resources and interest in maintaining availability of public domain works to pull it off.
